Who we are

Kilter Agency is a trading name of QuickRank Marketing (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/257899/07. Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 lists the details a business must show when it sells through its website. You can order the AI search audit through the audit form, though you can't pay on the site. Here are our details:

• We don't belong to any self-regulatory or accreditation body, and we don't subscribe to a code of conduct or an alternative dispute resolution code.

Using the site

You're welcome to read the site, ask for a free audit and get in touch. Please don't:

• send the audit form with someone else's details, or with details you know are false
• send the form automatically, or try to get around the limit on how often it can be sent
• try to break into the site, test its security without our written permission, or interfere with how it runs
• copy large parts of the site, by hand or with a scraper, to publish somewhere else

We may block access from anyone who does.

The free audit

The audit is our view of your website, based on what we could see publicly on the day we looked and what you told us in the form. We don't see your analytics, your sales figures or anything else that isn't public, so the audit can miss things, and it doesn't promise any result. Google's own Search Central guide, Do you need an SEO? (checked 7 October 2026), says no one can guarantee a number one ranking on Google, and we don't either.

Asking for an audit carries no obligation. You don't have to buy anything or work with us afterwards, and any decision you make based on the audit is yours.

The paid AI search audit

The AI search audit costs R4,950, once-off. When you order it through the audit form, we email you an invoice, and you pay it by EFT in advance. We deliver the audit within 5 working days of payment. By ordering it, you agree that the work starts once your payment clears. The full R4,950 is credited against your first month if a monthly AI search plan with us starts within 30 days of the day the audit is delivered.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are in South African rand, and most are starting prices. We're not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. Every price is confirmed in a written quote before any work starts. The quote sets out what's included, the price, when you pay and how long the agreement runs.

Accuracy

We check what we publish, but we can't promise that everything on the site is complete, correct and up to date on the day you read it. Search engines, advertising platforms and the rules that apply to them change often, and a page may lag behind. The site is provided as it is, without any warranty, and we may change or remove anything on it, or take it offline, at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, design, images and logo on this site belong to QuickRank Marketing (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission. You may link to any page, and quote a short extract if you credit us and link back to it. For anything more, such as copying a page or using our logo, ask us first at hello@kilteragency.com. Other companies' names, such as Google and WhatsApp, belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as the sources we quote. We don't control those sites, and we aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Limitation of liability

As far as South African law allows, QuickRank Marketing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Kilter Agency, is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on its content or on the free audit. This doesn't cover loss caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

If the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you, nothing in these terms takes away a right it gives you or limits our liability further than it allows.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect through the audit form, and through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which load only if you accept analytics cookies. It also covers what we do with it and your rights under POPIA.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Governing law

South African law governs these terms, and any dispute about them goes to a South African court.
